There isn’t really any negative or zero calorie foods. But some foods make our bodies work harder and burn more calories in order to digest those foods, then they contain, thus making them negative calorie. These foods are good for you and they are easy to prepare as well. When I was losing my weight I ate a lot of these foods and I really think it helped me. Often my breakfast and lunch would mostly contain these foods.

These foods are natural and not really expensive so go to your favorite farmers market or grocery store and pick some up. You may find out you really like to eat fruits and vegetables. Food is always better the way God made it, so go for the apple not the apple sauce, fresh not canned.
